1. Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using the CGT Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not download, install, or use the App.

2. Use of the App

• App Functionality: The CGT Tracker App is designed to provide real-time monitoring and data analysis for solar power plants installed by Clean Grid Technologies.
• Customer Access: To access the full functionality of the App and obtain a unique username and password, customers must have a fully functional solar power plant installed by our team.
• Guest Mode: A limited "Guest Mode" is available, allowing users to explore basic app features with demo data. Full functionality is restricted to registered customers.

3. Data and Privacy

• Data Collection: Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
• Data Accuracy: We strive to ensure the accuracy of data displayed in the App. However, we cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy or completeness of the data.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all related intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Clean Grid Technologies or its licensors. You may not use, copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without our prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure.  

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clean Grid Technologies be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, arising from or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.  

7. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Specify applicable jurisdiction, e.g., the United Arab Emirates].  

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
